Managing appointments, patient scheduling, and follow-ups
Handling phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and basic patient coordination
Maintaining patient records and front desk documentation
Assisting with billing, invoices, and basic administrative tasks
Dental Assistant Duties:
Assisting the dentist during dental procedures
Preparing the operatory before and after treatments
Instrument handling, sterilization, and maintaining hygiene protocols
Managing dental materials and clinic inventory
Ensuring smooth workflow between patients and clinical staff
Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical environment
Good communication skills and a pleasant personality
