Job Description
Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental calendar efficiently.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle patient inquiries.
Maintain and update patient records, including personal and insurance information.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing for dental services.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of patient reports and treatment plans.
Coordinate with dentists, dental hygienists, and other staff for smooth clinic operations.
