Job Title: Receptionist cum Admin (Part-Time)

Company: Children Hospital
Job Type: Part-Time
Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Split Shift)
Week Off: Any one weekday (Sunday working)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the front desk and greet patients.
Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments.
Coordinate with doctors and provide timely patient updates.
Supervise housekeeping and support staff.
Maintain patient records and ensure smooth daily operations.
Stay alert and respond efficiently during emergency situations.

Requirements:

Female candidates only.
Candidates residing in Kalamboli will be preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Reception/Admin (hospital or clinic experience preferred).
Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Responsible, organized, and able to multitask in a healthcare environment.
