Manage the overall operations of the centre (staff, scheduling, reporting, inventory, etc.)
Welcome and interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure a high standard of customer service so that every client feels valued and comfortable.
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver quality performance.
Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Coordinate with management for reporting, planning.
Ensure compliance with company standards and brand reputation.
Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream.
Pleasant personality with a confident presence.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to handle clients of all backgrounds without issues.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Reporting).
