2.Fluent in English and one other language.

3.Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination activities.

4.Maintain records of vendor invoices, purchase orders, petty cash, and expense tracking.

5.Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for payments, attendance, and inventory.

6.Assist with vendor follow-ups, quotations, and purchase documentation.

7.Support HR and Accounts departments with basic data entry, filing, and GST-related document organization.

8.Manage office supplies, stationery, and ensure smooth functioning of studio operations.

9.Coordinate meetings, site visit schedules, and team calendars.

10.Prepare basic Word documents for reporting and communication.

11.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Required Skills

1.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

2.Good communication skills (written and verbal).

3.Basic understanding of GST and billing documentation.
