Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
Maintain records, files, and documentation (hard & soft copies)
Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications
Support HR and accounts teams with administrative requirements
Monitor office expenses and assist in budget control
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office logistics
Handle asset management and inventory control
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1–2 years of experience in administration or office management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
