Job Summary:
The Admin Executive is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations and ensuring efficient office management. The role involves coordinating with various departments, maintaining records, handling correspondence, managing office supplies, and supporting the smooth functioning of company operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Client visit management
ID card and access card issuance
Vendor management – PR/PO/Invoice submission, GRN issuance, and payment coordination with the Finance team
Event management
Employee welcome goodies handover
Cab and food arrangements for clients
Parking management coordination
ISMS document management – Inward/Outward registers, Asset management, Visitor handling, AMC for equipment (UPS/FAS)
Courier handling
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
