We are looking for a responsible Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support smooth office operations.
Handle basic admin desk activities such as filing, documentation, and visitor management.
Travel to bank for cash/cheque deposits and other official submissions.
Maintain records, registers, and administrative files.
Assist in purchasing office supplies and coordinating with vendors when required.
Support HR/Admin team in routine tasks.
Manage basic communication through phone calls and emails.
Any educational qualification is acceptable.
Must know very basic computer skills (sending emails, MS Office basics, typing).
Should be comfortable with field visits like going to the bank.
Good communication and a responsible attitude.
