Job Description

Renewal of Gumasta /Shops & establishment Licence Renewal of office lease agreements & Regional Office  Tracking renewal of contract and informing the Reporting Authority proactively before taking approval for Renewal of Contract Liasioning with Govt./ Statutory Authorities Contract Labour co-ordination & reports , RC Renewal Inter office visit ( Studio Thrice in A week) to ensure Housekeeping, Staff Requirement , asset tagging, Furniture repairng,etc. New Vendor Development & Co -ordination with Vendors Getting quotation with mutilple vendors INTERDEPARTMENT ADMIN SUPPORT & COORDINATION Assiting Proactively in  interdepartment co-ordination with Domestic sales dept. & Stock and Dispatch Dept. for Events & Range Visits. Transportation related material and checklist.  Assisting in Event stall repair  coordination etc. Assiting in Timely Stock Transportation with Accuracy, Transport mode availability Assiting in Eway bill Generation STATIONARY ARRANGEMENT FOR DEPARTMENTS JD / KRA Fulfill the requirement of all the departments in regards to the stationary or any other system related requirement. Arrangment of facilities & materials for events / festivals and supporting Departments Arrangement of Joining kits & co -ordination regarding the mobile laptop and desktop report and requirement report as and when needed. Arrangement of materials and providing Admin supprt for Cultural Committee Event Celebrations / functions,etc. Support to the Deaprtment / offices to organize an event & arranging goods / materials required. Preparation of Admin Reports / MIS Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs Maintain the secrecy if any confidential work assigned by the CEO or higher authorities. Ensuring of Taking handover OF I CARD, MOBILE, MOBILE SIM, DESKTOP, LAPTOP, DONGAL, CAMERA, HARD DISK, PENDRIVE,ETC FROM RESIGNED EMPLOYEE   Monitor office supply levels, reorder when appropriate  Regularly briefing to housekeeping staff for the basic etiquettes and office manners and serving manners. Prepare checklist for different work as and when required and ensure its completion, SCANNING / XEROXING DOCUMENTS Assisting in Arrangment of facilities & materials for events/ Range Visits / festivals  Assisting in generation of  Eway bill Generation   Assiting in maintaining  all the billing files, vendor files. Asset Tagging such as LAPTOP, Office keys, cabin keys
