Position: Admin Executive (Male/Female)

Location: Sector 135, Noida

Salary: Upto 30k
Qualification: Graduate

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Week Off: Monday

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic backend operations

• Strong communication skills

• Prior experience in documentation, vendor management, and payment follow-ups

• Strong personality with the ability to handle field visits when needed

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle backend operations including sales booking and documentation

• Vendor coordination and management

• Follow-up and coordination for payments with builders

• Maintain and update records using Excel and CRM tools

• Download and prepare reports from CRM systems and update to management.

• Visit builder offices when required for payment or documentation work
