Reporting to: Operations Manager / Property Manager
The Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of Sri Kamdhenu Residency. This includes coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, resident services, vendor management, and ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and guest/resident satisfaction.
Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities of the property.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff to ensure cleanliness, safety, and timely repairs.
Manage resident check-ins, check-outs, and address tenant/resident queries or complaints.
Ensure proper upkeep of all facilities and common areas within the residency.
Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
Handle guest bookings (if applicable) and maintain occupancy records.
Monitor energy and water usage, and suggest cost-effective measures.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Maintain administrative records including bills, service requests, and staff attendance.
Coordinate with external vendors for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), pest control, waste disposal, etc.
Support management in implementing operational policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field).
1–3 years of experience in operations, facility management, or hospitality (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle complaints and solve problems efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office, basic reporting, and familiarity with property management software is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to be hands-on and manage on-ground challenges.
Full-time position; may require occasional weekend or evening shifts.
On-site role at Sri Kamadhenu Residency.
