We are looking for a professional and organized Admin Executive who can efficiently handle front desk/reception activities along with overall administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of MS Office, and prior experience in administration.
· Manage reception and front desk operations, including handling calls, visitors, and inquiries.
· Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and office management.
· Maintain records, files, and office supplies inventory.
· Coordinate with internal departments and provide administrative support.
· Manage meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and office correspondence.
· Handle vendor coordination and basic facility management.
· Prepare reports, letters, and official documents using MS Office.
· Minimum 1 year of experience in administration/front desk/reception.
· Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
· Presentable and professional approach.
