Plumbing Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Plumbing Site Supervisor to join our team at Jaladhija Infra & Smart Projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising plumbing work at project sites, coordinating with plumbers and workers, ensuring proper installation as per drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day plumbing work at the project site.

• Coordinate with plumbers, technicians, contractors, and other site staff.

• Ensure proper installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and plumbing systems.

• Check the quality of plumbing materials, pipes, fittings, fixtures, and equipment.

• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

• Read and understand basic plumbing drawings and layouts.

• Identify leakage, blockage, or other plumbing issues and coordinate for corrective action.

• Maintain daily work progress reports and material requirements.

• Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and safety equipment at the site.

• Coordinate with engineers and project management for smooth execution of plumbing works.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI Plumbing / Diploma in Plumbing Engineering, with 0–1.5 years of experience. Freshers with good technical knowledge are also welcome. The candidate should have basic knowledge of plumbing systems, pipe installation, sanitary fittings, drainage systems, plumbing drawings, and site safety procedures. Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and team-management skills are required.
