Keep the place clean and work as per the training
Put things in their proper place
Use cleaning chemicals safely and store them properly

Ensure optimum level of water in Basement water and overhead tanks.

Inspection and monitoring Tanker water supply.

Water supply monitoring in STP.

Attend repair and maintenance of plumbing installations In house.

Attending to all water and sewage line pipe leakage and blockage at common
area.

Replacement of damaged and rusted pipeline/valves wherever necessary at
common area.
