Position: Plumber – Maintenance

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Plumber to join our resort maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting plumbing systems across guest rooms, kitchens, public areas, and staff facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems.

• Handle plumbing issues in guest rooms, kitchens, washrooms, and common areas.

• Repair taps, faucets, showers, toilets, pipelines, valves, and water tanks.

• Identify and fix water leakages, blockages, and drainage problems.

• Maintain hot and cold-water lines and plumbing fixtures.

• Attend plumbing complaints and maintenance requests promptly.

• Carry out preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.

• Support the engineering/maintenance team during renovation and installation work.

• Maintain proper tools, equipment, and plumbing materials.

• Follow resort safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Plumber, preferably in a hotel/resort.

• Good knowledge of plumbing systems, fittings, and maintenance.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing-related issues independently.

• Basic knowledge of safety procedures.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Willingness to work shifts and handle emergency maintenance calls.

Preferred

Hotel / Resort / Hospitality Maintenance experience preferred.

• It is a Full Time Plumber job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
