Responsibilities

Perform routine operations & maintenance of the entire & complete internal plumbing systems, fittings and fixtures.
Diagnose and repair problems, including component installation and replacement
Estimate costs of plumbing installation, repairs, and services to customers
Complete preventative maintenance for customers
Check newly installed components to make sure they work
Maintain records of completed activities and parts used
Repair and maintain water supply lines
Repair and maintain drainage lines
Cutting, assembling and fixing of pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
Ensure routine inspection of plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
Handling customer queries and responding to call outs.
In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given by Management, within the purview of the contract.

Requirements

ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical;
Proven experience of at least 04 years in Operations & Maintenance of Plumbing and Sanitary Plant & Machinery;
