Job Description:

JLL is seeking an experienced and skilled Plumber to join our facility management team at our Worli, Mumbai location. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential or commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 Installation

Install new plumbing systems in accordance with building plans and local regulations.

Set up water supply lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures during new construction or renovation projects.

🧰 Maintenance

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of plumbing systems.

Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.

🛠️ Repair Work

Fix leaking taps, broken pipes, clogged drains, and malfunctioning plumbing fixtures.

Respond promptly to emergency repair requests.

🔄 Upgrades

Replace outdated plumbing systems with newer, energy-efficient alternatives.

Recommend and implement improvements to plumbing infrastructure.

📋 Inspection & Testing

Perform pressure testing and system checks to ensure proper functioning.

Ensure all plumbing work complies with safety standards and statutory codes.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience in facility management or building maintenance.

Knowledge of tools, materials, and plumbing techniques.

Ability to read plumbing diagrams and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

ITI certification in plumbing (preferred but not mandatory).
