Description:
What You will do:

· Attend and resolve customer complaints related to plumbing issues such as water leakages in flats.

· Perform shifting and fixing of water lines as required at site locations.

· Carry out temporary water connection work at sites based on instructions given by the Engineer In-charge.

· Ensure all plumbing tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within required timelines.

· Conduct routine checks to identify faults and repair plumbing fixtures, pipelines, and fittings.

· Maintain basic documentation of work completed and materials used.

· Ensure proper usage and maintenance of plumbing tools and equipment.

· Support project teams during site handover by resolving pending plumbing issues.

· Report material requirements, damages, and shortages to the concerned engineer or store department.

· Follow company policies, safety protocols, and work procedures at all times.

· Provide immediate support during plumbing emergencies at the site. 

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a plumber in residential or construction sites

· Strong knowledge of water line installation, repair, and maintenance.

· Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

· Physically fit and able to work on-site as required.

· Ability to follow instructions given by the Engineer / Site In-charge.
