Job Description:
What you will do:

Manage and oversee the entire Sales Closing process for the assigned site.
Lead, motivate, and guide the Sales Closing Team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners (CPs), and brokers.
Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers and ensure smooth transaction closures.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional and lead conversion strategies.
Monitor and analyze team performance; provide regular updates and reports to management.
Ensure high customer satisfaction levels through prompt responses and professional conduct.
Maintain a good network and local connections within the real estate ecosystem.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and real estate developments in the Thane and MMR region.

Requirement :

Graduate in any stream
Young, dynamic, and self-motivated professional with strong leadership qualities.
Smart, presentable, and soft-spoken with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in Real Estate Closing and team handling.
Strong local market knowledge and network in surrounding areas.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
