Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues such as leakages, pipe blockages, low water pressure, and fixture malfunctions.
Install and repair pipelines, valves, faucets, sinks, toilets, water tanks, pumps, and other plumbing fixtures.
Conduct preventive maintenance of plumbing systems to minimize breakdowns.
Inspect plumbing systems and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Respond promptly to plumbing complaints and emergency maintenance requests.
Coordinate with the Facility Management and Engineering teams to complete maintenance work efficiently.
Maintain records of repairs, maintenance activities, and material usage.
Ensure proper use of plumbing tools, equipment, and safety gear.
Follow all safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations while performing duties.
