Job Description

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, pipelines, fixtures, and sanitary fittings in commercial properties.
Diagnose plumbing issues and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance. Install and maintain water supply, drainage, sewage, and stormwater systems.
Read and interpret plumbing drawings, layouts, and technical specifications. Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, and other maintenance teams during project execution.
Ensure uninterrupted operation of plumbing systems across commercial buildings. Conduct routine inspections and identify potential plumbing failures before they occur.
Respond promptly to plumbing breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. Maintain records of maintenance activities, material consumption, and completed work.
Assist in testing and commissioning of newly installed plumbing systems.
