Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repairs: Fix leaking taps, broken flush tanks, burst water pipes, and choked drainage lines in common areas or flats.
Water Supply Control: Operate overhead tanks, underground sumps, and booster pumps to manage daily water distribution timings.
Emergency Response: Attend to urgent plumbing complaints like major pipe bursts or severe blockages promptly.
New Installations: Fit new sanitary fixtures, valves, water meters, and supply lines during renovation or repair work.
Preventive Checks: Inspect underground sumps, pump rooms, and main distribution lines regularly to prevent major failures.
