Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled technician specialized in bathroom trap replacement and epoxy tile grouting using the groove cutting method to resolve leakage and seepage issues in wet areas. The role requires hands-on expertise in precision repair without unnecessary demolition.

Key Responsibilities

Remove and replace damaged / leaking floor traps in bathrooms, kitchens, and wet areas
Identify leakage caused by trap cracks, loose joints, or improper slope
Perform groove cutting between tiles using appropriate cutting tools
Clean grooves thoroughly to remove old grout, dust, moisture, and contaminants
Apply epoxy grout properly to tile joints ensuring:
- Complete joint filling
- Smooth and sealed finish
- No air gaps or pinholes
Ensure correct tile-to-trap joint sealing
Check drainage flow and water tightness after repair
Conduct water ponding / flow testing post repair
Protect tiles, sanitary fittings, and surroundings during work
Follow repair scope strictly as per inspection report
