KRA

1. Under guidance of Facility Manager, monitor, operate and maintain Checklists for Water Supply,

Sewage disposal and Fire fighting system.

2. Under guidance of Facility Manager, co-ordinate with vendors/suppliers to ensure proper

preventive maintenance.

3. Meeting client expectation

4. Maintaining high standard of service delivery at site

5. Ensuring Zero Down time of the system.

Scope of Work Requirement

Plumbing  Operating the water supply valve within the

premises as required and directed by FM.

 Maintaining CLs and Log sheets.

 Follow up on pending points from previous

shifts

 Maintaining Hand over Log for each shift.

 Timely inspection and reporting to FM.

PPM  Ensure Daily/weekly/Monthly/Qtly and

Annual Checks & Maintenance Schedules are

followed as per PPM schedule given by

Facility Manager.

 Timely Maintenance.

 Report to FM on Adequate spares inventory

to be stocked at site.

 Maintaining Service Reports at Site.
