Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures (e.g., sinks, toilets, water heaters, pipes).

• Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and determine the appropriate repair method.

• Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing system malfunctions.

• Assemble, install, and pressure test all pipes, fittings, and fixtures.

• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals on job sites.

• Maintain accurate records of time spent on jobs, parts used, and work performed.

• Respond to plumbing emergencies as needed, including after-hours calls.
