Plumber fitter

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Plumber to handle leakage, seepage, repair, and installation work in residential and commercial buildings. The role requires hands-on expertise in diagnosing plumbing issues, executing durable repairs, and coordinating with inspection and civil teams where required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leakage & Seepage Repair

• Identify sources of water leakage and seepage in:

  • Washrooms, kitchens, balconies, terraces

  • Concealed pipelines, joints, traps, and fittings

• Carry out trap replacement, pipe joint repairs, and concealed line corrections

• Perform epoxy grouting with groove-cutting method where required

• Repair seepage from WC, washbasin, floor traps, bottle traps, and nahani traps

2. Plumbing Installation & Replacement

• Install, replace, and repair:

  • CP fittings, sanitary fittings, faucets, mixers

  • Water supply lines (GI, CPVC, UPVC, PPR)

  • Drainage and waste lines

• Ensure proper slope, alignment, and secure jointing

3. Inspection Support & Testing

• Assist inspection teams during leakage/seepage inspections

• Conduct pressure testing and water testing

• Open tiles/flooring carefully for fault detection (as per approval)

• Close work properly after repairs (temporary or permanent finish as instructed)

• It is a Full Time Plumber job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
