40 mm and 25 mm PVC conduits are fixed to the wall using saddle clamps. An optical FAT (Fiber Access Termination) box is wall‑mounted. Fiber cable is pulled through the PVC conduits into the FAT box. Mark the proposed route for 40 mm and 25 mm PVC conduit on the wall as per the drawing and site instructions. Drill fixing holes at marked locations using a hammer drill with appropriate masonry bits for wall saddles. Fix 40 mm PVC spacer-bar saddles to the wall using wall plugs and corrosion‑resistant screws, ensuring they are aligned and level. Fix 25 mm PVC clip‑on/full saddles to the wall at specified intervals to support the smaller conduit run. Lay 40 mm and 25 mm PVC conduit into the installed saddles, maintaining straight runs and correct bend radii. Secure the conduit into each saddle, tightening screws or clipping the saddle to prevent movement. Use solvent weld (PVC adhesive) at conduit-to-box entries and at any required fittings to ensure a rigid, sealed joint. Pull the optical fiber cable through the installed 40 mm PVC conduit from the entry point to the FAT box location, observing maximum pulling tension and minimum bend radius. Feed the fiber cable through the 25 mm PVC conduit where required for branch drops or protection.
