Key Responsibilities
Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair faults in machinery, lighting, panels, motors, pumps, and other equipment.
Support: Assist senior staff with major installations, shutdowns, and system upgrades.
Customer Service: Respond to maintenance requests (e.g., guest rooms, home appliances), diagnose issues, and provide solutions.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to safety standards , use PPE, follow SOPs, and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas.
Documentation: Accurately record all maintenance activities, log issues, and report on work completion.
Typical Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing principles; ability to read diagrams; familiarity with motors, panels, and utility systems.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, time management, and customer-centric attitude.
Education: Often an ITI certification, diploma, or equivalent experience in relevant trades (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics).
