We are looking for a Warden to join our team at Adarsh Girls for maintaining order and ensuring the safety of individuals in a particular facility or area. This may involve overseeing security personnel, managing access control, and responding to emergencies. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8000 - ₹10000 plus Meal & Accomodation.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and security of the premises and its occupants
Handle and resolve complaints or conflicts that arise within the premises
Assisting with basic maintenance tasks.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to ensure they are in good condition
Provide guidance and support to occupants, including responding to queries or concerns
Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. The candidate must be above 35 years of age. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
