Job Description

We are looking for a office peon to join our team at Soigne Mode Private Limited to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining office cleanliness, handling documents, and supporting staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹14,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering documents and packages within the office.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of office spaces.
Assisting with basic maintenance tasks.
Managing and restocking office supplies.
Supporting staff with various tasks as needed.
Ensuring all office equipment is functioning properly.
Assisting in setting up meeting rooms.
Serving Refreshments: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and drinking water to officers, staff, and visiting clients.
Supply Refilling: Topping off water bottles and monitoring the inventory of pantry supplies like coffee, tea, sugar, and cups
Handling minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
