Job Overview
We are looking for a well-mannered and responsible Pantry Lady to manage the office pantry and provide basic beverage and pantry services to employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water and other beverages for employees and guests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry at all times.
Keep crockery, cutlery, glasses and pantry equipment clean and organised.
Ensure adequate availability of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinking water and other pantry supplies.
Monitor pantry inventory and inform management when supplies need to be replenished.
Serve refreshments during meetings and guest visits when required.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining/pantry area.
Wash and organise crockery and utensils after use.
Ensure proper storage of pantry items.
Assist in maintaining overall office hygiene when required.
Maintain a polite, presentable and professional manner while interacting with employees and visitors.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience as Pantry Staff, Office Pantry Lady, Housekeeping Staff or similar role preferred.
Well-groomed, hygienic and presentable.
Polite, courteous and service-oriented.
Punctual and disciplined.
Responsible and trustworthy.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
Experience in a corporate office, premium office, hotel or similar environment will be preferred.
