Role Purpose:
To support daily office operations by handling basic administrative tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting staff as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening and closing the office on time
Serving tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors
Handling office cleaning and maintaining hygiene
Filing documents and assisting with photocopy/printing work
Delivering documents to clients, banks, or other offices when required
Supporting admin team in day-to-day tasks
Managing office supplies and informing when stock is low
Assisting in meeting room setup and arrangements
Requirements:
Minimum 10th pass
Basic understanding of office work
Honest, responsible, and punctual
Good behavior and communication
Ability to travel locally for office work
