Cleaning and maintaining office areas including furniture, workstations, and washrooms.

Serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

Carrying files, documents, and materials from one desk/department to another.

Assisting in photocopying, filing, and other small clerical tasks.

Handling basic courier and delivery tasks within or outside office premises.

Supporting staff with minor errands or tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Ensuring that pantry and stationery items are stocked and clean.
