हम एक जिम्मेदार, मेहनती और व्यवस्थित पेंट्री असिस्टेंट की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो रोज़मर्रा के किचन और पेंट्री के कार्यों में सहयोग कर सके तथा स्वच्छ और सुरक्षित कार्य वातावरण बनाए रखने में सहायता करे।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

प्रतिदिन लगभग 40 लोगों के लिए दोपहर का भोजन (Lunch) तैयार करने और परोसने में सहायता करना।
भोजन की तैयारी में सहयोग करना, जैसे सब्जियाँ धोना, काटना और सामग्री व्यवस्थित करना।
पेंट्री और किचन की साफ़-सफ़ाई एवं स्वच्छता बनाए रखना।
बर्तन, कुकवेयर और अन्य किचन उपकरणों को अच्छी तरह धोना और साफ़ रखना।
खाद्य सामग्री को सही तरीके से स्टोर करना तथा स्टॉक की नियमित निगरानी करना।
किराने का सामान (Grocery Supplies) प्राप्त करने, व्यवस्थित रखने और स्टोर करने में सहायता करना।
हर समय Food Safety और Kitchen Hygiene के नियमों का पालन करना।
आवश्यकता अनुसार कुक/शेफ को अन्य किचन संबंधी कार्यों में सहयोग देना।

योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएँ:

भोजन तैयार करने और किचन की स्वच्छता का सामान्य ज्ञान।
तेज़ गति वाले कार्य वातावरण में कुशलता से काम करने की क्षमता।
अच्छा समय प्रबंधन (Time Management) और टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने का कौशल।
किचन के कार्य करने के लिए शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ और सक्षम होना।
पेंट्री या किचन में कार्य करने का पूर्व अनुभव वांछनीय है, लेकिन अनिवार्य नहीं है।
Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Pantry Assistant to support daily kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve lunch for approximately 40 people every day.
Assist with meal preparation, including washing, cutting, and organizing ingredients.

Store food items properly and monitor stock levels.
Assist with receiving and organizing grocery supplies.
