1. Qualifications:
· Experience in beverage preparation is preferred.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
2. Working Hours:
Flexible shifts, with 10.30 hour duty, and one weekly off as per schedule after 15 days.
3. Roles and Responsibility:
· Tea and Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve chai in traditional kulhads, following recipes and Raju Ki Chai’s standards.
· Prep Area and Equipment Handling: Set up and organize the prep area for tea and coffee-making, ensuring all ingredients and tools are ready for efficient service.
· Inventory and Stock Control: Monitor stock levels for raw ingredients, including tea leaves, coffee, milk, sugar, and kulhads.
· Cleanliness and Sanitation: Keep the tea and coffee prep area clean and organized at all times, regularly mopping and wiping down surfaces.
· Order Fulfilment and Customer Service: Ensure prompt preparation of all orders, both online and offline, and hand over each order with accuracy.
· Teamwork and Adaptability: Work closely with other kitchen and service staff to support smooth operations.
· Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and clean work environment
· Training: All new staff must undergo training and strictly follow RKC’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for preparing all recipes.
4. Grooming Standards (As per Hospitality Guidelines):
· Maintain short, clean, and trimmed nails.
· Uniform and apron must be clean and washed daily.
· Beard must be properly trimmed or clean-shaven.
· Maintain overall hygiene and a neat, professional appearance.
5. Attendance Guidelines:
Clock in and clock out must be done compulsorily using the biometric machine as per daily attendance tracking.
6. Staff Incentive Policy:
Evaluation Criteria should be followed to get incentives. Incentives will be applicable from 3rd month and paid on 4th month.
7. Transfer and deputation:
The company reserves the right to change your outlet location and modify your shift timings at any time based on operational requirements.
