Job Title: Pantry Boy
Job Summary:
The Pantry Boy is responsible for maintaining the pantry area, preparing and serving beverages, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, and providing courteous pantry services to employees and visitors. The role requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to employees, clients, and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, kitchen, and dining areas.
Wash and sanitize cups, glasses, utensils, and pantry equipment.
Refill pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinking water, tissues, and disposable items.
Monitor pantry stock and inform the supervisor of replenishment requirements.
Ensure proper storage of food items and pantry materials.
Dispose of waste regularly and maintain cleanliness of dustbins.
Assist in serving refreshments during meetings, conferences, and official events.
Operate pantry appliances such as microwave ovens, electric kettles, coffee machines, and water dispensers safely.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety guidelines at all times.
Report any maintenance issues related to pantry equipment to the supervisor.
Perform any additional pantry-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification:
Minimum 10th Pass (or equivalent).
Prior experience in pantry services, office support, hospitality, or housekeeping is preferred.
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in a similar role.
Working Conditions:
Work from office/client premises.
May be required to work in shifts depending on business requirements.
Must maintain proper grooming and wear the prescribed uniform and ID card.
