Scop of Work

Cleaning & Upkeep of rooms, workstations, conference halls, and furniture including dusting of computers

and equipment.File & Document Handling – internal distribution of files, letters, and paperwork.

Hospitality Support – serving tea/coffee, snacks, meals, and cleaning utensils/crockery.Logistics

Assistance – carrying office bags/documents to and from vehicles/offices.Event & Meeting Setup –

preparing spaces for meetings, conferences, and official events.Miscellaneous Duties as directed by the

Officer In-Charge.
