Job Summary
The Pantry Boy is responsible for maintaining pantry hygiene, preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees, visitors, and clients, ensuring cleanliness of pantry areas, and supporting hospitality services while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Pantry Operations
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, beverages, and refreshments as per schedule.
Serve refreshments during meetings, conferences, and client visits.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area at all times.
Wash and sanitize cups, glasses, utensils, and serving equipment.
Ensure proper storage of food items and beverages.
Housekeeping & Hygiene
Keep pantry counters, sinks, refrigerators, microwaves, and appliances clean.
Dispose of waste regularly and maintain cleanliness around the pantry.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure drinking water dispensers and water bottles are clean and adequately filled.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, disposable items, and pantry consumables.
Inform the supervisor about stock shortages in advance.
Maintain proper usage of pantry materials to avoid wastage.
Customer Service
Serve guests and employees politely and professionally.
Maintain proper grooming and personal hygiene.
Respond promptly to service requests.
Compliance
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and client site rules.
Wear the prescribed uniform and PPE, if applicable.
Report any maintenance issues related to pantry equipment.
Educational Qualification
Minimum 10th Pass (Preferred)
Basic reading and writing skills in Hindi.
Basic understanding of hygiene practices.
Experience
Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in Pantry Services, Housekeeping, Hospitality, Office Support, or Facility Management.
Experience in corporate offices, factories, hospitals, educational institutions, or commercial establishments will be preferred.

Working Conditions
9-hour duty shift (or as per client requirement).
Weekly off as per company policy.
Deployment may be transferable to any client site based on business requirements.
