Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff, management, and corporate guests/visitors.

Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area, kitchen counter, utensils, and office desks.

Keep track of pantry supplies (tea, coffee, milk, snacks, housekeeping materials) and report shortages in advance for timely reordering.

Handle basic day-to-day office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, distributing documents across departments, and running external office errands.

Set up and manage refreshments during corporate meetings, conferences, and company events.
