Monitor overall office cleanliness and ensure hygiene is properly maintained.
Ensure drinking water bottles for employees are filled and available at all times.
Maintain office supplies and inform the concerned department when stock needs to be replenished.
Manage basic clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and document handling.
Assist in preparing and organizing meeting rooms.
Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors when required.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
Water office plants regularly and ensure they are well maintained.
Support HR/Admin team in routine tasks as assigned.
Ensure all office equipment is switched off properly at the end of the day.
