• Cleaning common areas, washrooms, and the pantry, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.

• Preparing and serving beverages (tea, coffee) to staff and visitors.

• Greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing general support to office staff.

• Carrying out tasks as directed by supervisors and other staff. 

• Helping the sales admins in showing the sample books in the showroom area.
