Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, assisting staff with administrative tasks, serving refreshments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies as required.
Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.
Monitor and replenish office supplies and pantry items.
Open and close the office as instructed.
Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
Run local errands such as bank deposits, courier services, and purchases when required.
Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and report any issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum education: 10th Pass / High School.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, punctual, and well-mannered.
Physically fit and capable of handling routine office duties.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant, Peon, or similar role.
Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
Salary -
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (depending on experience and location)
