कार्य विवरण (Job Description):

  • कार्यालय की साफ-सफाई एवं व्यवस्था बनाए रखना

  • ऑफिस के दस्तावेज़, फाइलें एवं सामान एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान तक पहुँचाना

  • चाय-पानी एवं अन्य आवश्यक सेवाओं की व्यवस्था करना

  • कार्यालय में आने वाले आगंतुकों की सहायता करना

  • डाक, कुरियर एवं बाहरी दस्तावेज़ों का आना-जाना संभालना

  • ऑफिस के दैनिक कार्यों में स्टाफ को सहयोग प्रदान करना

  • प्रबंधन द्वारा सौंपे गए अन्य कार्य समय पर पूरा करना

योग्यता एवं कौशल:

  • न्यूनतम पढ़ा-लिखा (8वीं/10वीं पास वरीयता)

  • ईमानदार, समय का पाबंद एवं मेहनती

  • सामान्य हिंदी बोलने-समझने की क्षमता

  • ऑफिस के कामों की बेसिक समझ

अनुभव:

  • फ्रेशर या 0–2 वर्ष का अनुभव स्वीकार्य
