Job Description: Office Boy

We are looking for an experienced Office Boy (minimum 1 year) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the office pantry and ensure supplies are stocked and available.

• Prepare and serve tea/coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Assist with data entry and supporting walk-in interviews (documentation, basic record-keeping).

• Provide general office help as required by HR/Admin (filing, running errands, assisting staff).

• Maintain cleanliness by dusting, cleaning desks, and ensuring the office is tidy at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an office boy or similar role.

• Basic knowledge of data entry and handling records.

• Friendly attitude, good hygiene, and reliability.
