Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of office premises (workstations, pantry, washrooms, common areas).
Serve tea, coffee, water to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic office documentation.
Assist in movement of files, documents, and parcels within the office.
Support office staff in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Open and close office on time (if assigned).
Ensure pantry items and cleaning supplies are available and replenished.
Assist during meetings and office events.
Follow company rules, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.
