Job Summary:
The Office Boy supports daily office operations by handling routine tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting staff to ensure a smooth and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness of office areas, pantry, and meeting rooms
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery
Assist in office errands (bank visits, courier handling, etc.)
Distribute mail and office supplies
Support staff with basic administrative tasks
Ensure office equipment and supplies are properly arranged
Follow company rules and maintain confidentiality

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum basic education (school level preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Honest, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to follow instructions
Physically fit for routine office duties
