• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

• Maintain cleanliness of the office (tables, desks, pantry, and washrooms).

• Open and close the office daily.

• Handle basic clerical duties like photocopying, scanning, filing, and delivering documents within the office.

• Assist in setting up the meeting rooms before and after use.

• Manage and monitor office supplies and inform the admin when stock is low.

• Run errands as requested by management (bank work, courier, purchases, etc.).

• Ensure all office equipment is clean and in working condition.

• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.

• Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed.

Requirements:
