Job Description

We are looking for a Office Boy to join our clients team for Vinayak Infosys to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibility includes maintaining office cleanliness, bringing & serving tea, coffee, water,transporting required goods/stuffs from Office to godown & the opposite,handling documents & goods/stuffs, and supporting staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹12000.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering documents and packages within the shop & godown.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of shop spaces.
Assisting with basic maintenance tasks.
Managing and restocking shop supplies.
Supporting staff with various tasks as needed.
Ensuring all shop equipment is functioning properly.
Assisting in setting up meeting rooms.
Handling minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
Hardworking person is preferred.
Bringing & serving tea, coffee, water as required.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
