• Daily dusting and cleaning of office furniture, equipment, and work areas.

• Serve water to faculty, staff, clients, and guests regularly and promptly.

• Assist in serving breakfast, snacks, tea, or coffee as per requirement.

• Handle the loading and unloading of materials, parcels, and other items.

• Perform general peon duties like carrying files, documents, and materials within the office.

• Ensure all water bottles are filled and placed timely in designated areas.
