ऑफिस की सफाई और व्यवस्थाफर्नीचर, उपकरण आदि की धूल साफ करना और ऑफिस को स्वच्छ रखना।कुर्सियाँ, टेबल आदि को ठीक से लगाना और कार्यस्थल को व्यवस्थित रखना।बर्तन, कप आदि धोना और पैंट्री क्षेत्र को साफ रखना।हॉस्पिटैलिटी (आतिथ्य) सहयोगस्टाफ और मेहमानों को चाय/कॉफ़ी बनाकर देना।पानी की बोतलें/गिलास भरना और ऑफिस में वितरित करना।सामान्य ऑफिस सहायताऑफिस के भीतर छोटे-मोटे काम करना।स्टाफ को दिए गए सरल कार्यों में सहायता करना।मीटिंग में सहयोगमीटिंग के लिए कुर्सियाँ, पानी और रिफ्रेशमेंट्स की व्यवस्था करना।मीटिंग के बाद जगह को साफ करना।अन्य कार्यआवश्यकता पड़ने पर ऑफिस के भीतर फाइलें/दस्तावेज़ ले जाना।मैनेजमेंट द्वारा समय-समय पर दिए गए अन्य कार्यों को पूरा करना।

3. General Office Assistance

   • Assisting staff with simple tasks as directed.

4. Support During Meetings

   • Arranging chairs, water, and refreshments for meetings.

   • Clearing the meeting area after use.

5. Other Duties

   • Carrying files/documents within the office if required.

   • Any additional tasks assigned by management from time to time.
